Procedure

Both speakers and non-presenting participants must register for the conference before the indicated dates in two simple steps:

Make the payment or transfer of the applicable registration fee (see below the section “Registration fees”):

IMPORTANT NOTE: the person concerned must state their name and surname and the payment details in order to be able to locate their deposits if necessary.
Proof of payment must be attached to the registration form.

Please note that authors of accepted papers will be asked to provide a reviewed title/abstract (for publication in the abstract book).

What is it included in the conference registration fee?
The conference registration fee includes, among other concepts, conference materials, the possibility of submitting your essay for publication (if participating as a presenter), coffee breaks, lunch and mid-afternoon snacks at the conference venue, a cultural guided tour around Alicante historical city centre, a poetry recital and other socio-cultural events related to the subject of the conference.

A certificate of attendance/participation will also be included.

Presenters participating virtually will be sent the materials through the post once the conference is finished.
